Ashley Wood was absolutely amazing in my divorce. Brooke, Traci, and the staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Ashley is straight to the point, no-nonsense and does not sugar coat. So difficult to get a hold of (once the retainer was paid). Very very slow email response times. Never could get them to answer. They called back, but never quickly. Just a bad choice on my part. Very disappointing. Poor experience. I thought a small 2 person (female) firm would be more personable, compared to a larger national “brand” - but I definitely regret my decision. Or at least my choice to pay $ to BartonWood. Kara, Ashley, Brooke - they all seemed too busy for me. Very sad. Run! You’ll thank me later.
