Brian Parker is an incredible attorney. He stepped in and handled my debt buyer lawsuit aggressively and professionally, getting the entire case fully dismissed with prejudice. I paid for a 30 minute consultation 0n 7-14-2026 at 3:30pm. Brian parker emailed me back and instructed me to call at 2:00pm. I called and no one answered. I left all my contact information on his voicemail. Never received a call back. I asked for a refund and Brian parker stated that he would refund the money back. As of 7-18-2026 no refund has been sent nor do Brian Parker and Killdebt respond to phone calls or email.

Brian helped us last year with an identity theft case in which the debt collector was still coming after my husband after suing him in a place he had never lived, and even after proving it was id theft. Years later they attempted to sue him again in our county in the same case, it was a nightmare since we were taking care of his special needs son who passed away from leukemia during this time.
