What a blessing it was to find Carolina Tax, Trusts & Estates. We didn’t know if we needed to have Wills or put everything in a Trust and we were so fortunate to have Jesse work with us. He is so down to earth, and patient and communicated with us in a way we could easily understand our options. He gently guided us so we were able to make the best decision. My experience with Carolina Tax and Estate was absolutely phenomenal. Sarah and Alexa provided exceptional support during one of the most difficult times in my life. They handled the probate process with professionalism, compassion, and expertise, allowing me the space to grieve the loss of my mother and focus on healing. I am truly grateful for their guidance, communication, and unwavering support throughout the entire process.

Excellent friendly legal services (Wills, health care and financial POA). Maggie handled front office efficiently and is very welcoming. Austin very helpful and experienced and patient discussing and explaining process. A very satisfying and reassuring experience for myself and my wife. Thanks to Tom Van Camp for referral.

I normally don't write reviews, but I recently used Carolina Tax, Trusts & Estates to set up my will and trust, and the whole experience was second to none. Bob Gallagher was thorough and very knowledgeable throughout the process. If I need to make changes in the future I'll definitely be back to see Bob and his staff.

Needed to update my Estate Plan. Having moved in from out state, it was key to find a local/NC attorney with the knowledge and experience to help me complete the update in a timely manner, and which would leave me with the confidence that the update was completed accurately. Cannot recommend Jesse Coyle enough!!! His 'knowledge capital', which he shared in great detail, and his 'bedside manner', put my mind at ease throughout what is many times a very stressful, anxiety-causing process.
