I am torn with this review. I engaged the firm regarding a variance that was placed on our property and continuing issues we are having with our HOA. The firm required a $200 consultation fee, which I was happy to pay. I met with Mr. Raju, he stated he would send us a letter the next day and then failed to follow-up further. It would not let me post with zero stars. Unfortunate. I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by this firm. Despite a significant retainer fee of $5000, there was no progress or discovery of new information in our case, no plan of action, and zero tangible progress. All $5000 was kept by the firm, and we have nothing to show for it. Not even a letter to the responsible parties.
