I am torn with this review. I engaged the firm regarding a variance that was placed on our property and continuing issues we are having with our HOA. The firm required a $200 consultation fee, which I was happy to pay. I met with Mr. Raju, he stated he would send us a letter the next day and then failed to follow-up further. Very unprofessional, bordering rude even. Extremely odd office dynamic…The attorney is condescending and does not take well to any questions regarding his knowledge. The admin assistant doesn’t know anything. Don’t waste your money.
