Robert Elmen may be a nice guy, but he is a horrible attorney. He is unprepared and waits until the last minute to do anything. I kept asking hey, can we talk about everything prior to the hearing multiple times and he never got back to me than the day of the hearing 5 min before tells me this is the plea bargain and I need to decide this second. Robert elmen is one of a kind. When you look into his eyes and speak to him you see a true warm inviting kind caring person who does not wait around to get to work. Robert jumps right into it! He saw what I was being put up against and Mr elmen communicated thoroughly between me and The local PD shutting down what charges could have been brought forth after nothing was founded & making it known I have back up ready to fight in the name of defense! This man is one of the few lawyers I've dealt with that has demonstrated genuine & productive empathy. I was held on no bond for a serious charge and my brother reached out to Mr. Elmen. He came to visit same day, took notes & asked great questions, assured me I wasn't a bad person & that he knew how to help.
