It’s so sad to see all of these clients of the Linden firm have had such poor experience. I agree with all of the comments. I had the same poor experience and released (fired) him. He is not good and in my opinion has no respect for his clients. It’s unbelievable that he’s been in business for as long as he has. This is the absolute worst lawyer ever!!! Someone I know (a client of his) tries to reach out to him multiple times and he never responds! I am not surprised about the Google reviews already. Due to him not responding he thinks he can control his clients moneys which is rightfully theirs, and charge large lawyer fees. He will threaten to take you to court, due to him not responding. This Lawyer does NOT work for YOU! He works AGAINST YOU! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE FOR ANY TRUST FUND LAWSUITS! IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!
They unprofessional I left a message stating I need help because these are the people who supposed to help my child and I but at the end five years later my children and I haven’t heard anything regarding anything and that’s unacceptable I could of found a different law office to help my family and I just poor excuse for lawyers.
My son died and Linden was the probate atty.I told him I did not want a settlement he went against his client.Then I have been asking for the file on my case Linden refused me til this day I have not received it.Linden treat his black clients different then his white clients.he treated me as if I worked for him and not he worked for me
