Had our initial consultation with Ms. Liberman. She was well prepared, asked relevant questions, and provided what we thought was useful insight and clarity into our issue. She has an excellent support staff to guide you through the process. We are going to retain her to assist us with our legal matters.
I had a consultation with Julie. She was very knowledgeable and explained all my options. She said HOAs are notoriously difficult to oppose as GA law strongly favors the Board, and they do not encourage additional service when there is a high degree of ambiguity and risk to the client.
She runs up a ton of billable hours doing 'research' that yields zero results. Real estate law is a narrow specialization with only a handful of pertinent cases; she should know them backward and forward. She is either padding her hours or she is shockingly ignorant of something she claims to be an expert in. She cares nothing about her clients. She just drains your wallet and moves on without helping you.
