Workman's Comp insurance companies will try anything to get out of their obligation to pay. Don't let them get away with it. I had a complicated neck injury caused by ergonomic issues associated with my profession. I had surgery, but was left with permanent disability. The workman's Comp carrier was trying to deny paying , citing it was not work related. Luke stood up for me , and made them pay.
Due to a work injury September of 2023, the medical findings led to a 1st surgery December 2023, followed by a 2nd surgery, June 3rd, 2024, because the surgeon attempted to fix the issue, which did not happen. The shoulder is still not right and will need further treatment going forward. A friend suggested I find an attorney based on the information I told them.
