Kingree Law Firm was by far the best choice I could have made as a lawyer. I have never dealt with a situation like this before. Him and his team were unbelievably patient with me and made me feel so very comfortable while in court for my right elbow injury that resulted in surgery. From the beginning to them winning the on the hearing and the appeal I will definitely contact them again if another unfortunate situation occurs because I know they are professionals that know what to do and how to fight for those who need it.
Due to a work injury September of 2023, the medical findings led to a 1st surgery December 2023, followed by a 2nd surgery, June 3rd, 2024, because the surgeon attempted to fix the issue, which did not happen. Workman's Comp insurance companies will try anything to get out of their obligation to pay. Don't let them get away with it. I had a complicated neck injury caused by ergonomic issues associated with my profession. I had surgery, but was left with permanent disability. The workman's Comp carrier was trying to deny paying , citing it was not work related. Luke stood up for me , and made them pay.
