I was referred to Brian and emailed him a few times. No reply. I phoned and spoke to his receptionist who screeneed my call. I explained the legal sevices I was looking for only for her to say he doesn't handle Family Law. When I read the services listed on the the website she said, "oh I will let him know to change it."

Brian was very helpful in explaining all of the WI laws regarding surrogacy and the proceedings needed to ensure our process would run smoothly. We ran into pregnancy complications that required us to deliver in another state, and he "handed us off" to another lawyer seamlessly, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. He talked to us like we were actual people and not just more annoying clients. Thank you, Brian, for your help in making a super stressful situation more manageable.

Brian helped my family create a will and set up trusts for our kids. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and his fees were very reasonable. We contacted Mr. Esser in the beginning of December by the email, he replied right away with detailed answer, then I called him and he answered all my questions and we scheduled an appointment. During the appointment Mr. Esser was very attentive and professional. He asked to pay in full at the appointment and stated that he will send us draft of the document within 1-2 weeks.
