Dan Pawuk was my attorney, he handled 2 cases for me.. Dan is very straight forward honest and very personable..very professional and he explained everything in detail..he kept me informed and undated always. Bottom line if you need an attorney, Dan specializes in many different fields. My overall experience with Dan is you couldn't ask for a better person or Attorney! Daniel is an excellent lawyer he is very thorough and aggressive when it comes to evictions. His work ethics is for the client not the renter that is tearing up your property and not paying their rent. I would recommend Daniel to anyone that is a landlord that needs an eviction lawyer. He does not beat around the bush and things are done in a very timely manner.

Unprofessional to the point of counterproductive. Expect curt replies, long silences, and a reflex to fight instead of fix. Basic facts go unaddressed while boilerplate posturing eats time and money. The pattern on this review page is telling: when faced with detailed criticism, the response isn’t accountability—it’s “not a real person / not our client.” That defensive spin may work in a comment thread, but it’s not professionalism. If you want counsel that communicates, problem-solves, and owns its work, look elsewhere.
