Attorney Loudermilk and his staff are not helpful or responsive. The lawsuit was settled November 2023 & Attorney Loudermilk hasn’t filed the necessary documents with the courts to release money to child support. He told me back in December to give him 2wks it has not been a month in a half and I can’t get a response. His secretary will tell you she will get an update and never call back.
