During negotiations, Louise laughed at me when I asked a question about something I did not understand. It was inappropriate and unkind. She was insensitive to boundaries between her lawyer work and as a board member of unity church. I also got the feeling from her that she does not like men. I would not recommend her.

Louise is an experienced collaborative attorney. She provides excellent service to her clients and supports a non-adversarial and compassionate divorce experience. I have worked with her on dozens of collaborative cases and she provides excellent and efficient service to her clients. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a compassionate way to go through the divorce process, while maintaining dignity and love for the family. Reach out to her to learn more about your options.

We have had the opportunity to work with Louise and several of her clients as they have gone through a divorce. Louise has done a fantastic job for her clients. The feedback that we have gotten from her clients is that she is committed to finding a divorce solution that will meet her clients short term and long term needs. By using the Collaborative Law model Louise's clients are able to get divorced in a civilized manner without breaking the bank. In turn, this allows them to move on with their lives in a more positive ... read more

Ending a long-time marriage is difficult enough without being embroiled in a battle between two adversarial attorneys. My divorce was recently finalized; Louise (and my ex-wife's attorney) made it as painless as possible through a collaborative and thoughtful approach. I found Louise to be empathetic, supportive, considerate, and authentic. She communicates issues on a timely basis and in a way that doesn't leave you reaching for a legal dictionary. She came well-recommended to me and I'd be glad to do the same..

I couldn't be more pleased that Louise Livesay was my attorney. I was very nervous about the whole process, but she quickly put me at ease. Louise kept me well informed, was very knowledgable, communicated in a timely manner and, most importantly, she had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend Louise Livesay!
