Wherever we live and at any age - a visit of a dentist is a necessary condition of a good health. I am not sure patients are always looking forward for such a visit but living in Ann Arbor, while being longtime patients of the dentist Mark Hanselman, D.D.S., we are lucky: after each visit, our problems and pains are resolved. Mark and his team of dentists are super friendly, and professional. Been going since I was a kid. Never had any issues. However, the person sitting at the front desk has been quite rude and unprofessional. Her tone is off and comes off as irritated. It has not changed my view of this place whatsoever, but it may for others. I will always continue to come and think positively of the business.

Dr. Hanselman and his team are outstanding. My family has been going to his practice for years. Always friendly, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend! Relative close to campus and/bus stop, plus ample parking. Office is closed on Fridays.

I have been seeing Dr Hanselman for several years, and think very highly of him. He is skilled, careful, and respectful of his patients—and, from what I have seen, of his employees too. His mind is on his work and he explains things well. He is a good listener who cares about his patients. What's not to like?

Dr. Hanselman has been my dentist for about a decade. Had 5-6 dentists in my lifetime depending on where I was living. Mark is both thorough and gentle. His staff always remember me by name and are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Couldn't imagine a better dentist's office for me!
