I was so incredibly disappointed and honestly frightened by the lack of professionalism displayed by the attorney I met with. For $200 you get their sales pitch, and they teach you how to pay them, and they take care of their dogs, and phones, and everything else, but I can assure you, you are not on that list. My attorney vanished on me in the middle of my case, then Susan the owner quickly “tied up loose ends” and pressured me into ending my case. They then burned through almost a thousand dollars after telling me my case was closed. They also billed me for speaking to an attorney not representing me who told me she couldn’t give me advice because she wasn’t handling my case. They may be experienced as their website claims, but I wouldn’t know because apparently they don’t have any attorneys who can handle a family case that might go to litigation. “Maybe in her younger years” is what the receptionist said, when declining to take my case even though my ex is in contempt of court and I’ve followed all requirements of the divorce decree.
