David has handled multiple rezonings and variances for me in Charlotte which have allowed me to subdivide and build more housing options than what would have been available due to zoning restrictions. David knows his stuff and is always responsive which has made him my go-to for all zoning issues in Charlotte. The surveyors, brokers, and other builders I know hire him too.

David has represented me since 2012 and worked hard for me when the DOT condemned two of my convenience store gas stations for road widening projects. He obtained over double the initial offers made by the DOT. David also obtained a rezoning for my new c-store in Charlotte. I highly recommend David.

I lost my father in late 2021 during that time the NCDOT was in the process of eminent domain with his residence. Dealing with the NCDOT was a hassle especially when handling my father’s passing. The NCDOT later attempted to withdraw my replacement housing payment. After speaking with David he got the payment reinstated very quickly, I would highly recommend him.
