Was told to give them 500.00 dollars (over the phone no less), this is less than 5 mins into explaining what I needed help with. I asked if based on what I said can they tell me if I have a case even. No we can not tell you anything without the money, so if I give you the money, and then you tell me while on the phone I have no case. What happens to my 500.00, we keep it for assisting you.
Misty was recommended to me by a friend. She was awesome. Very professional and still made you feel at ease and confident in her abilities. Would personally recommend her to anyone!
Jesse Leichsenring is a completely awful attorney. He wouldn't contact me for an entire month and finally when I emailed him I still took him two weeks to reply. Furthermore it quite apparent then he had the DA convinced I was being uncommunicative when getting a response from Jesse was like pulling teeth. To add insult to injury he at one agreed twice in the same conversation with my assessment of the case that they don't have a case but essentially was refusing to take it to trial. 10k trial fee is obsurd
