Following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, I had damage to my roof. Through 7 months of working through the system and being rejected repeatedly by my insurance company, Joseph Saka worked with me to successfully get the roof replacement that my home needed. We hired Mr. Saka late last year with the promise that our case would be settled in less then 90 days because we had a good case against our insurance company for miscellaneous items from Hurricane Ian. At the start of the year, Mr. Saka started avoiding any and all questions I had. I would call, no answer, I would text, no answer, I emailed, no answer for over a week!! Our condominium development as well as the entire tri-county area was badly damaged by Hurricane Ian.
