Don’t recommend, my daughter was using Carol for a custody case. Had her hopes up that they could get what she wanted and didn’t get a single thing my daughter asked for! Then dropped her with the explanation that my daughter didn’t her the paperwork she needed to, which my daughter never received and email, letter or phone call asking for said paperwork. She will not have phone conversation with her clients only emails or in person. $5000 wasted for nothing.
I would recommend Greg Schwartz and his staff to anyone looking for legal council regarding child custody. The process is hard on any parent, but Greg pays attention to detail and gathers the facts in an organized fashion. Greg was honest and direct with me which I appreciated very much. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I am grateful to Greg Schwartz and his team.
Had a poor experience with Carol Park. She did help us at all. Pretty much paid for nothing. She did not do anything in the interest of her clients. When I tell people the outcome of what she did they are truly baffled. Also continued to charge our account after everything was paid for and stated there were still fees unpaid even though I had paid the whole bill.
Carol Park is very friendly & her Paralegal Brook, is highly efficient! She was court appointed & did a very good job, even as busy as she was. Thank you both for being there through this stressful time. Appreciate you!
I would not recommend Carroll Park to my worst enemy. She quit the day before my hearing. The reason she gave was, “going to hearings in St. Francis doesn’t fit into my life”. Even though I had paid every trumped up bill she sent me, resulting in a small fortune. She also failed to file the proper paperwork for child support, resulting in my son not getting child support for 24 months!
