Roy assisted mw with my plan to sell my surety defense firm to my associate. The manner in which he approached the dilemma I faced in knowing what it is I wanted to do, i.e., sell the practice and retire, but not really knowing the nuts and bolts of how to do it, was incredibly spot on.
