I cannot stress enough, do not use this office. 8 years later, an incompetent paralegal, unresponsive attorney, and a chapter 13 that was dismissed due to their negligence. Please, do not use this office.Im now in a worse financial situation than I was in the beginning. A garnishment that was 4k is now 18k and refiled . If I knew someone who was interested in filing for bankruptcy, this would be the place I would recommend. I knew nothing about filing for bankruptcy or what it technically does. The employees were very helpful and patient with explaining certain things to me.

To the people that is saying that they do not respond, you are definitely telling the truth. All I’m trying to do is get my bankruptcy filed and over with and JD is never in the office, never respond to emails or calls. I asked for a different paralegal and was told they don’t have one.
