I am completely surprised by the reviews. I worked with Hatfield and his associate. The associate was fired a few months in, but no one informed me. Billing was over $5000 with the associate and I felt completely ghosted. I had to call the office to get a response. Then when I started working directly with Hatfield, I felt like I had to reintroduce everything and paid for his review of the case, again... but don't even get me started on billing.
