We were referred to Mr. Burns by another attorney. We were days away from losing our home, an auction date was set for that week. There were severe mishaps by a large bank. The referring attorney said, "if John Burns can't help you, no one can." It took a lot of work on his and his teams behalf, but we are finally settled in our home and received a settlement from the bank. Mr. Burns is scholarly, aggressive and direct.
