When my mother passed away in 2023 we needed help with her estate. My siblings and I all live out of state, making the process even more difficult. Dana Kyle was amazing. My mother was looking for help with her home, as my father was still on the Deed, and had passed a couple of years ago. We were told that we would need to go through Probate to take him off, which was Thousands of dollars, but after talking with Dana Kyle's office, she was able to do an amendment, which was a fraction of the cost, and only took a couple of days.
I have worked with Dana Kyle and her staff on other business matters for years. Everyone has always been professional, friendly and thorough, meeting all our expectations. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Dana on a personal will and other needed documents. She listened to my concerns and wishes, and was able to place those in the necessary legal documents. The law office of Dana Kyle completed the estate planning documents for us. With children from two marriages, we needed spousal agreements, as well as separate powers of attorney, and authorizations. All of this was explained to us in easy to understand language, and the documents made that clear.
