Megan Ballard Mitchell is an incredible attorney. She is honest, forthright, and even brings a sense of humor to cases that might otherwise feel overwhelming. Megan was simply amazing! She was responsive to our questions and concerns regarding our son's IEP not being followed properly. She worked alongside us to formulate a plan before the meeting, and spoke intelligently about laws and procedures during the meeting. Megan was easy to communicate with, did not have intentions that went beyond what we wanted, and was not one of those stereotypical "bulldog" attorneys that work against you in meetings.
